• The content of the Private Full Course is exactly the same as the Group Course 
• For all Bespoke Courses, the contect will be tailered to meet your personal needs be impact of fear in the birthing process and how to release it 
• All of my courses will leave you and your birth partner feeling fully informed, educated and empowered and looking forward to the birth of your baby

I do encourage all of my couples to attend a Hypnobirthing Taster Session before enrolling on a course. These sessions will give you an opportunity to learn more about Hypnobirthing and what we’ll cover together and how the Relaxation Sessions will compliment your course. The £20 cost of the Taster Session is fully refundable against the cost of your Hypnobirthing Course when you enrol.
